From Invitation To Confirmed Engagement
- Share your brief. Include the organisation, purpose, audience, preferred dates, time zone, duration, location or delivery mode and budget.
- Agree the scope. Gaurav reviews the fit and availability. Session outline, preparation, resources, professional fee and travel requirements are agreed in writing.
- Confirm the engagement. The date is confirmed after acceptance of the proposal and completion of the agreed booking requirements.
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date. Calendar availability for personal consultations does not establish availability for travel, events or institutional assignments.
Professional Fees And Delivery Terms
Commercial classes, workshops, appearances, moderation and commissioned content are paid engagements. The proposal states what is included: preparation, delivery time, audience size, resources and any follow-up. Travel, accommodation and recording or reuse rights are agreed separately where relevant.
Formal honorary appointments may also be considered where the responsibilities, agreed title, official digital acknowledgement and a link to Gaurav’s website are confirmed in writing. An honorary invitation does not imply an open-ended or unpaid service commitment.
Editorial interview requests are reviewed according to their purpose and format. A media enquiry does not automatically create a commissioned assignment or permission to use material in advertising.
