Welcome! I am Gaurav Duggal, a seasoned professional with 18 years of experience in counselling, therapy, leadership mentoring, strategic consulting and published author & academic scholar.
Having lived in the United States for nearly a decade and worked extensively across India and globally, I bring a strong multicultural perspective to my practice. I've worked with people from 70+ countries, across diverse communities, socio-economic backgrounds, professions, age groups, and family systems—each with unique emotional, therapeutic, and professional needs.
My academic background includes a Diploma in Information Technology, a Bachelor's in Business Administration (India), a Bachelor's in Special Education (USA), and Postgraduate studies in Disabilities, Disorders & Diversities (USA), along with my published academic work at the University of Hawaii, USA., and the development of the Disability 101 curriculum, which is used globally to support disability awareness and inclusion. I also hold multiple skill certifications that continue to add value to my service delivery.
As a family counsellor and therapist, I help people navigate emotional, psychological, behavioural, and relationship challenges. As a leadership mentor, I support professionals facing responsibility, people management, transitions, and the personal impact of leadership.
I offer counselling, therapy, mentoring, and coaching services in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and I am also comfortable working across several other languages - ensuring that language is never a barrier to seeking support.
